VV Audio Function Snapshots
The Vettaiyaadu Vilaiyaadu audio release function was telecast on Sun TV as one of the special programs on Tamil New Years day. I'm pretty sure Indiaglitz would've had a gallery of it but I don't remember seeing it. Anyway, here are a few images that caught my attention during the telecast.

Kamal, Gauthami, Kamal's daughter and Gauthami's daughter made a nice happy family. His daughter looks like a xerox copy of Sarika...

Revathi was present too though she wasn't invited on stage nor did she give a speech...
The most promising directors of today had been invited to the function and Gautham called them on stage, calling them the today and tomorrow of Tamil cinema before he himself joined them for a photo. Was a nice photo-op.

Balaji, the girl next to Gauthami is her daughter, not kamal's.
As per media here, Kamal has taken the role of Gauthami's daughter.
The one in the picture above Sridevi`s is Balachander movie Poi`s female lead

FYI:
Kamal has 2 daughters. Shruthi is the eldest and is 19 plus(Was born sometime in 1986). Currently, she is doing some program related to music(technical side) in America.
Akshitha(Aksrutha?)(spelling error for sure) is the second daughter. She is around 14, is studying in Bangalore. She is the girl at the function. She wants to be an actress. A lot of people have said that she looks like Sarika, but I think that she only has Sarika's eyes. If you take old pics of Kamal when he was a boy, she looks just like him.
The little girl Gowthami is caressing is her daughter, Subbalakshmi, born from first marriage to a bollywood producer/actor(?). She's cute:-) Seems Kamal was translating things to her in English.
And the last picture(before Sri's) is that of Vimala Raman. She is an Australian raised girl, currently finished doing Poi for KB.
Also, look at Sri's neck. Shows her age:-) She looks very stretched. But I have to admit, seeing her next to her hubby(Bharathiraja film launch) made me thing of how well she is keeping herself.

Looks like you have been missing galleries a lot lately!.. Here's the one from the "Cinema" movie launch.
Also, notice the first picture with Radha, Sridevi and Poonam Dhillon. First question that popped into my mind.. Is it better to be fatter and older or thinner and older.. Radha is at the other end of the spectrum (but definitely not as old as Sri), while Sri is totally on the opposite end. Sadly, I don't see either being better off because of it..
Sri honestly looks like someone has been starving her to death and while Boney looks like he's been eating Sri's share as well!..
Jo looked really good in the function... has Kamal already married Gouthami?

The monster called Perarasu was created by Vijay and the audience went to his movies and made P more vicious and unbearable..
Thus, we stand here today and wish dearly that we could have seen past the facade of Thirupaachi and Sivakasi.. Alas, we couldn't.. and the monster has started controlling us and slowly eating us up with its punch dialogs, forcefully inserted fights and crass romance and comedy..

Kajan, I think Kamal's 2nd daughter's name is AKshara. Yes, I agree with you -she looks just like kamal, even her eyes ( i always thought/think Kamal has very good eyes - shape and all)excepting for the colour, though. That is from Sarika.

i like her dress sense too, even in movies theres something spl abt her clothes.
and i happened to watch that ad with sridevi for some masala, i found that so funny because i just couldnt place her with that packet of masala :) u'd expect some differnt kind of person endorsing such things than sridevi...
but then i saw saif in some tamil ad after that & couldnot decide which was more funny!
