Paheli didn't make it to the final five...

At 2:04 PM, Anonymous said...: reminds me of the Oscar nite in 2002 when I was in Pittsburgh and was watching the live telecast, hoping against hope that Lagaan would win the Best Foreign Film but that wasnt to be. But I've heard -- havent seen it though-- from ppl that No Man's Land was a terrific film...but Lagaan defnly deserved the nomination...it was a delightful film with such a novel concept...

Paheli -- havent seen it; so wont comment on it...
