Disney buying Pixar is marriage made in Heaven.

Disney is famous for animation movies, (Remember Lion King) which was taken over by Pixar. So if Disney, doesn't buy Pixar then it is a big loss for Disney. At the same time, Pixar needs a distribution channel for ever. Thus this marriage is a perfect one.

ram, true. ippo avar thottadhellam ponnaagudhu :) he is now the biggest stakeholder in disney!!

siva, it does look like a great move by disney. with traditional animation not having much of a market, comp. animation seems to be the way to go and pixar is the undeniable leader in that. so by doing this they keep the lead in the animation market which they've had for so long.
