Cartoon Rajni
Another first for thalaivar! A full-length animated movie is going to be made on Rajni. Adlab Films, promoted by the Ambani group, and Ocher Studios, a post-production studio owned by Latha Rajnikanth, are collaborating on the project. According to the Times Of India[thanks Kaps], it sounds like the lead is going to be a character modelled on Rajni. So it may well be a typical Rajni film with the larger-than-life hero romancing the heroine, spouting philosophies and indulging in superhero acts. If thats the case, it could be first Rajni film I can see along with Kavya!
So there's one other film, aside from Sivaji, to look forward to this year!

Cool news Balaji.. So now onwards noone can 'kalasify' thalaivar as a cartoon. Bcoz he actually is gonna be one :)
The punch dialogue mania begins here..
a) "Kanna, naan slow-motionla vandhalum seri, animationla vandhalum seri, en edhiringalukku loose-..... dhan. Ippudu choodu"
b) "Kanna, enna sketch potta naan cartoon rajini, naan unna sketch potta nee kaliman bajji. epdi vasadi?"
i really, really hope this doesnt turn to be something cheesy...i thot rajni's attempts at using special efx badly misfired in baba...think soundarya rajnikanth was involved there, as well. those shots of the saamiyars and "baba-ji" under a tree, shot in switzerland, were so crappy...

Well...this is some news...Not sure if Thalaivar fans will welcome him in an animation movie as a cartoon character. Personally, i am not too enthused by him being ridiculed to such an extent, yes, of course, many of his styles, bandha etc. definitely seem funny, but athukunu animation movie of Thlaivar-a.......???

This is best example for how Latha Rajinikanth wants to make money out of Rajini's fame in Tamilnadu. She tried it in Baba and now with animation film. Rajini should have aceepted this offer because of his daughter.
As a hardcore Rajini fan I dont want to see my Thalaivar in cartoon and all those stuff.
