Balaji,i was hoping that you may write some Trivia about Kamal and his movies in the wake of "Dasavatharam" release. I thought u may follow Sify's style of having a countdown to the release of the movie, I have still have another day and half to go before seeing the movie :_) Cannot wait!!

1.It's been 6 years since Ajith gave a 2.5* deserving film.(Villain.Performancewise,he did well in Kireedam and Varallaru though))
2.It's been 4 years since Vijay gave a 2.5* desrving flm.(Ghilli.)
3.Vijayakanth's last 2.5* desrving film too was released 6 years ago.(Ramana)
Looks like you'll be happy if they managed to give a reasonably tolerable film.(Like this Arasangam
or Thirumalai or Varalaru.)

Balaji... how could you say Vijayakanth looks more presentable in this movie than in his previous outings?

I saw some stills, and a few songs on TV... the man's age really shows. He looks like one of those comedy-uncles who appear in dream sequences as young men.

Where is tamil cinema headed? Lets hope Dasavathaaram rescues it from the sludges of Paandi and Vijayakanth.
